On 25 September 2015, the United Nations General Assembly adopted Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, along with a list of 17 goals (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs in English Acronym) and 169 sub-objectives that cover all dimensions of human life and the Planet and they will have to be achieved by all countries in the world by 2030.
This Report focuses on Italy's situation with respect to the vast range of economic, social, environmental and institutional objectives contained in Agenda 2030 and put forward many proposals to put that commitment at the heart of the country's attention and to contribute to the predisposition of the Italian Sustainable Development Strategy to which the Government is working.
